近日，国家互联网信息办公室发布了《网络信息内容生态治理规定》自2020年3月1日起施行。这个法案最大的亮点在于，对一些常见的网络活动进行明确立法，这个法规非常重要，严重关系互联网创业者的利益。

例如：网络暴力、人肉搜索、深度伪造、流量造假、操纵账号。这些互联网违法行为，几乎所有的互联网公司都有或多或少的涉及。

因为以前没有明确规范这些行为到底触犯了什么法律，多数的违法行为都以“非法经营罪”定罪，而这次是明确下来了。

再举一个简单的例子：例如多年前，有个大兄弟，被称作粉丝之王。他当时在饭否网祝一夜之间注册了3000多个小帐号，通过各种关注。让自己的帐号成了整个饭否网的超级大V。之后如法炮制，在豆瓣网、新浪微博上开始了同样类型的运作，并在后来几个月大获成功。

在本《网络信息内容生态治理规定》出台之前，这种引流方式被网络推广圈封为圣经，大家争相学习，其本人被封为粉丝之王。而本法案出台后，那么这个行为就是违法的。可能是“操纵账号”罪。

总之吧，法规立出来之后，所有的互联网创业者还是做一个守法的好公民。
