碰到山寨网站的排名高于你的品牌网站，想要把山寨网站(侵权网站)剔除出品牌词搜索结果页。了解下面的方法，通过百度正规渠道就可以删除侵权的山寨网站在百度的排名结果。方法依据百度条款：http://www.baidu.com/duty/right.html。

操作方法：

1、确认检索结果页确实存在侵权的山寨网站，并且保留好截图以及URL地址，备用。

2 、依据http://www.baidu.com/duty/right.html页面的权利声明，准备文件(营业执照、商标注册证明、搜索截图，URL地址、联系人的信息)，文件要格式正确，并且条理清晰明了，证据确凿，包括搜索截图说明以及URL列举。

3、寄往百度法务部，等待结果。

总结：

1 百度处理的时间，约3-5个工作日。

2 百度只处理权利声明里提交并经证实的侵权网站URL(只处理提交的URL，而不是处理整个网站，所以在提交权利声的明的时候要尽量全的列举URL)

3 目前，只处理网站首页，内页可能需要额外提交URL才能处理。
